Dear
Colleague:
AATODs next national conference,
hosted by the Georgia Opioid Treatment Provider Association
will convene April 22 - 26, 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia at the
elegant Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel.
This national conference serves as a central gathering point
for the methadone treatment community and offers significant
opportunities for exhibiting companies to interact with professionals
who are devoted to the treatment of opioid dependence throughout
the nation. U.S. based methadone treatment facilities spend
more than $1 billion per year treating 215,000 patients in
1,150 treatment programs. The conference also attracts registrants
from more than 25 countries, giving exhibitors the advantage
of marketing their products to a worldwide audience.
This is an incredibly beautiful time of year for the Metro
Atlanta area and we anticipate excellent attendance for the
Atlanta conference. Registrants will include physicians, program
administrators, nurses, social workers, executive directors
and other health care professionals, who are key decision
makers for purchasing products and services for their respective
treatment programs.
In
our effort to provide exhibitors with many opportunities to
interact with conference attendees, the continental breakfasts
and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit area
during dedicated times, when no other scientific sessions
are in progress. We have also made a number of changes to
our exhibit program including the addition of a Networking
Reception on Monday evening.
We
are encouraging exhibitors to register as soon as possible
since recent experiences have demonstrated that exhibit space
will sell out. An overwhelming majority of the companies that
have previously exhibited have returned to our conferences.
Our previous exhibit surveys continue to reveal that 95 percent
of the exhibitors rate the quality of the exhibition as being
excellent with expectations being exceeded.
Please join us for another successful AATOD conference in
a beautiful and historic southern city with great tradition
for hospitality and warmth. We urge you to return your completed
application as soon as possible so that you can be guaranteed
the very best possible exhibit space.
We look forward to seeing you in Atlanta!
Sincerely yours,
