One: Introduction to the Workshop
Presenter: Sharon Dow and Robert Johnson
The
purpose of this module is to set the tone for the workshop and create
an open environment for the participants to learn about assessment
and treatment planning.
Module
Two: Introduction to Comprehensive Assessments
Presenter: Sharon Dow
The
purpose of this module is to address and review the levels of assessments.
In addition, determine how organizations can better comply with
assessment-related accreditation standards by comparing the standards
with sample assessments.

Three: Writing an Interpretive/Integrated Summary
Presenter: Robert Johnson
This
session gives participants an opportunity to practice using the
data gathered in a comprehensive assessment to write an interpretive/integrated
summary.

Four: Components of Patient-Centered Treatment Plans
Presenter: Sharon Dow
The
purpose of this module is to identify and review the components
of a patient-centered treatment plan and to give participants the
opportunity to practice developing those components.
Module
Five: Developing Patient-Centered Treatment Plans
Presenter: Robert Johnson
This
module gives the participants an opportunity to practice incorporating
assessment data into patient-centered treatment plans.
Module
Six: Putting It All Together
Presenter: Sharon Dow
The
purpose of this module is to review the connection between a comprehensive
assessment and patient-centered treatment planning.
