This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and The American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence, Inc. 2012 Continuing Education Hours

NAADAC—AATOD is an approved provider through NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, Provider #000259. This program meets the criteria for up to 33.25 hours of continuing education.

NBCC—This program has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors for up to 33. 25 hours, approval Number SP-6492.

ASWB—AATOD, provider # 1044, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)—www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education(ACE) program. AATOD maintains responsibility for the program approved until 2013. Social workers will receive up to 33.25 continuing education clock hours.

State of California , Department of Consumer Affairs—Approved Continuing Education Provider #4101.

CFAAP—This program has been approved by The California Foundation for the Advancement of Addiction Professionals for 33.25 hours, approval Number OS-85-201-1011.

CAADE—This program has been approved by the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Educations for 33.25 hours, approval number CP10 817 Ho710, 816 A 0710, 815 C 0710.

The California Board of Behavioral Sciences for the approval for Marriage Family and Child Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, approval number 1480.

Nevada Board of Nursing – This program has been approved by the Nevada Board of Nursing for 33.25 hours, approval number NV110294-2.
