Mr. Massman is responsible for organizing the Nevada providers and subsequently became the Nevada delegate to the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence Board of Directors in 2002. Mr. Massman's organization, Center for Behavioral Health, has been involved in opioid treatment since 1984. The Center for Behavioral Health has 19 locations throughout the United States and is based in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Massman has an extensive background in finance.
