Workshop presentations are 90 minutes in length. Workshop
presentations may not include more than three speakers.
In some instances, the Workshop Committee may suggest combining
presentations similar in content into one workshop.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR SUBMITTING A PRESENTATION
- All
submissions MUST be submitted using the parameters specified.
Include all appropriate corresponding attachments and handouts.
Materials must be good quality for duplication; fax copies are
not acceptable.
This information is requested for inclusion in continuing education
applications
- The

for all submissions:

Call for Presentations Submission form
- Recent
CV for each Presenter listed (Note: The CV must include your
highest earned degree, the institution awarding the degree,
and the year the degree was awarded in the area of specialization)
- Completed
Author's Agreement
- Accereditation
Form
- A
short bibliography for the entire workshop and reference list
- Deadline
for receipt of Call for Presentations is
January 15, 2010.
There are NO exceptions to this deadline date.
