Professor Emeritus
UCLA

Walter Ling MD is Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and the founding director of the Integrated Substance Abuse Programs (ISAP) at UCLA. He is board certified in both neurology and psychiatry and has enjoyed a successful career in research and practice for more than five decades.
