INSTRUCTIONS
FOR SUBMITTING A PRESENTATION
-
All submissions MUST be submitted using the
parameters specified. Include all appropriate corresponding
attachments and handouts. Materials must be high
quality for duplication; fax copies are not acceptable.
This information is requested for inclusion in
continuing education applications
- The
following items must be completed ONLINE
(www.aatod.org) for all submissions:
- Completed
Call for Presentations Submission form
- Recent
CV for each Presenter listed (Note: The CV
must include your highest earned degree, the institution
awarding the degree, and the year the degree was
awarded in the area of specialization)
- Completed
Author's Agreement
- Accreditation
Forms
- Disclosure
of Relevant Relationships

Each
presenter must complete and sign all accreditation
forms. You may use an electronic signature if
available and attach online. Otherwise print
completed form and sign, and then fax to Talley
Management at 856-423-3420.

short bibliography for the entire workshop and
reference list
- Deadline
for receipt of Call for Presentations is
January 29, 2010.
There
are NO exceptions to this deadline date.
