Christine Florio, LMSW, LPC, LADC began her career as a social worker 25 years ago. In 2005, she joined the staff of Connecticut Counseling Centers (CCC), specializing in the treatment of co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders within their Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). In 2017, Ms. Florio was promoted to Program Director of CCC’s Midland Clinic, where her work includes presenting community seminars to educate providers on the treatment of opioid disorders with methadone. She currently serves on several committees for the prevention and treatment of opioid abuse.
