Dustin Alvanas was hired in 2011, after attaining his master’s degree in psychology. After working as a clinician at CODAC Newport for years, Mr. Alvanas’ talents at facility management and oversight led to a role assisting with physical plant and program operations.
After receiving his MBA, he became part of the leadership team at CODAC Corporate In 2015, and was tasked with operations management for all CODAC sites. In 2016, Mr. Alvanas was named CODAC’s VP of Operations, a roll he continues to serve today.
