Have worked in addictions and mental health since 1987 with experience in Adult and Adolescent care, residential, OP, IOP and inpatient settings. Moved to Florida in 2000 to work as a Program Director for Central Florida Treatment Centers in Cocoa, Florida. At the time, the company had two programs. Have worked in addictions nearly 30 years in addictions treatment; over 18 years with CFSATC Inc., moved into Regional Director Position overseeing six Medication Assisted Treatment Programs in Central Florida. Serving on Board of Florida Association of Treatment for Opioid Dependence (FATOD) over 16 years. Long history of teaching and training as well.

Married for 28 years, active as Asst. Scoutmaster in a Boy Scout Troop and as Advisor running a Boy Scout Venture Crew, which teaches young men and women ages 14 to 20 scuba diving. The Venture Crew goes diving every month. My sons 22, and 26 are both Eagle Scouts and advanced open water certified divers. They both learned diving in our Venture Crew. Obviously, I am an avid scuba diver as well. Most of my time out of work is spent with my wife traveling, doing scouting, my church, and diving.
