Yngvild Olsen, MD, MPH, is Medical Director for the Institutes for Behavior Resources/REACH Health Services. She provides medical consultation to Behavioral Health System Baltimore and the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration. She has served as Vice President of Clinical Affairs for the Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems, Deputy Health Officer for the Harford County Health Department, and Medical Director for the Johns Hopkins Hospital’s outpatient substance use treatment services. Dr. Olsen serves as Secretary for the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
