Dr. Angelo G. I. Maremmani is a psychiatry. He studied the linkage between addictions (particularly heroin addiction) and mental illness, above all mood disorder and psychosis,,fascinated by potential therapeutic effect of long-acting opioids into mental illness. Now he works in the Department of Psychiatry, North-Western Tuscany (Italy) and he’s in a PhD program focused on the study of psychopathology of addiction.
