Anne Kelly, EdD, BSN is a healthcare professional with more than twenty-eight years in patient care services and evidence-based practices. With an initial background in critical care, Dr. Kelly has focused her work in acute and residential behavioral health care settings through her roles in corporate-level leadership, multi-facility oversight, and operational support. Her areas of expertise and interest include culture of safety, systematic use of high reliability principles, regulatory compliance, and service readiness through accreditation.
Dr. Kelly is the 2012 recipient of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association’s National Award for Excellence in Leadership. She is a graduate of Regis University with Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Arts degrees. In December 2018, Dr. Kelly was graduated from Creighton University with Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership degree. Her dissertation was titled, “Understanding Situational Awareness in Psychiatric Hospitals.”
