We will focus on disorders commonly occurring in patients with OUD (e.g., depression, PTSD) and review principles for distinguishing between substance-induced symptoms and independent disorders. We will discuss several evidence-based treatments. Cultural competence/humility, barriers to care, the impact of stigma, and interdisciplinary collaboration will be highlighted. Attendee participation will be encouraged.
