Dr. Kenneth L. Miller is a professor in the Department of Counseling, School Psychology, and Educational Leadership at Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor, and Medical Psychotherapist/Psychodiagnostician with expertise in the areas of psychological assessment, measurement of cultural bias/discrimination, cultural dynamics of substance use/abuse, and disparities in healthcare service delivery. Dr. Miller’s core thematic competencies include: assessment/evaluation skills; clinical behavioral health counseling; and research related to mental health service delivery systems and healthcare providers’ dispositional competence.
