As Director of Integrated Care at Oregon Recovery and Treatment Centers Ms. Mar-Varela provides administrative leadership for the provision of integrated care services and identifies growth opportunities in line with the company’s business plan. She assures the delivery of high quality care, treatment and services within each program setting while implementing new models of integrated care, identifying and managing integration, efficiency and performance improvements within existing and new service lines.
Ms. Marx-Varela was formerly an Associate Director for the Joint Commission’s Behavioral Health Care Accreditation program. She received her master’s degree in Public Administration and her bachelor of arts in Philosophy at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO.
