Sara Chaudhry is a licensed social worker (LICSW) at VA Puget Sound Health Care System who obtained her social work degree from the University of London in 2001. She has been working within the specialty field of opioid treatment for the last 18 years. Ms. Chaudhry has worked in opioid treatment within the National Health Service for the London Borough of Redbridge, with Evergreen Treatment Services Opioid Treatment Program in Seattle, and has been employed since 2008 with VA Puget Sound Health Care System’s Opioid Treatment Program in Seattle, WA. Ms. Chaudhry currently serves as admissions coordinator for the Seattle VA OTP.
